Avalene Suffel

SUFFEL, Avalene - Age 77, of Grand Blanc Township, died July 19, 2017. No services will be held at this time. Arrangements are being handled by Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Avalene was born November 25, 1939 in Cumberland, Kentucky the daughter of Nolan and Lona (Ison) Henson. She married David D. Suffel on July 16, 1977. She had worked at the Corner Bar on Saginaw Street. Surviving are: husband David Suffel; two sons, Leslie Young, Ronald Young; daughter Shannon Suffel Castanon; grandchildren, Ronald Lee Young II, Jylena, Jasmin , and Juliette Castanon; favorite sister, Rena Dixon; and three sisters in Tennessee; numerous nieces and nephews, family and friends.
