WHITLOW, William F. "Bill" - age 94, of Flint, passed away Friday, August 18, 2017. Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Marie and long time companion, Sergeant Major Buttons. He is survived by: children, William F. Whitlow, Jr. of Sunset Beach, NC, Lynn Alderton of Ocean Isle Beach, NC, Deborah (Dan) Smith of Flint; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; and special friend, Cathy Houck. Bill worked at and retired from Chevrolet Manufacturing. He loved the game of golf and spent many years playing with his great friends, the Wobblies of Grand Blanc. Thanks Guys. Special thanks to Dr. Ali Mohammed, the DaVita Clinic Staff of Hurley Hospital, and Kelly and her co-workers at Wellbridge of Fenton. Per Bill's request, cremation has taken place. Interment will be at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, MI, at a date to be determined.
