Alice HOWE

HOWE, Alice E. - Age 96, of Flint, passed on to her resting place with The Lord on November 6, 2010. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. The Rev. Martin S. Field will officiate. Visitation will be held 5-8 PM Monday and 12 Noon until the time of service Tuesday. Those desiring may make contributions to St. Paul's Episcopal Church. Alice was born July 14, 1914 in Calumet, MI the daughter of John and Mary Louise (Kamula) Paterson and was a 1932 graduate of Flint Northern High School. She was married to H. Robert Howe with whom she celebrated 70 years of marriage; he preceded her in death in 2005. Mrs. Howe was an active member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church and Ladies Guild. She was past president of Hurley Auxiliary. Surviving are: children, Ronald R. and wife Sandra Howe, Jane and husband Raymond Androne; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Ruth Mullaly; many nieces and nephews.
