Arthur Goss

GOSS, Arthur 'Art', Sr. - age 69, of Flint, went to be with the Lord and hold his son, Junior's hands, who he missed so much on Sunday, September 14, 2008 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Thursday, September 18, 2008 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Visitation will be held from 2-9 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions to the family would be appreciated. He was loved by everyone who knew him and will be missed deeply especially by his dogs, Bubba and Little Missy whom he loved dearly. He left all of us much too soon, especially his son, Rick but God will hold his and Jr.'s hands together until we can join them. He recently celebrated his 50th wedding anniversary with friends and family. He loved fishing with his grandson, Kurtis and loved all the accomplishments in cheerleading of his granddaughter, Brianna and everything else she has done. He enjoyed spending time at his daughter, Renee's home with the grandchildren and hearing about their activities and just watching them grow. He also loved being a member of his pool league. Art was a car salesman for most of his life and worked for RPM for over 25 years. After retirement he enjoyed painting car windows for RPM, Cars R Us and many others. Surviving are: his wife, Barbara; son, Ricky; daughter, Renee and husband, Brian Kleinschrodt of Linden; granddaughter, Brianna; grandson, Kurtis; brother, Bill and wife, Betty; brother, Ronald; brother-in-law, Jerry and Carol Winer; brother-in-law, Doug and wife, Rita Tillitson; special friends, Jim and Rick and too many more to name them all; Also many nieces and nephews whom he loved very much.
