MADSEN, Audrey Carolyn, age 77, of Fenton, formerly of Saginaw, died Saturday, July 28, 2007 at Almost Home Assisted Living in Fenton. Funeral Services will be  2PM Tuesday, July 31, 2007 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Rev. Don Neuville officiating. Interment in Woodland Cemetery in Washburn, Wisconsin. Visitation will be 2-8PM Monday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kidney Foundation or Alzheimer's Association. Audrey was born December 9, 1929 in Washburn, Wisconsin the daughter of the late Oscar and Elsie (Grupstra) Arnson. She married Andrew R. Madsen March 25, 1950 and he preceded her in death on February 12, 2001.  Audrey was employed for 20 years as secretary for Our Savior Lutheran Church in Saginaw. She was an excellent seamstress and enjoyed upholstering furniture, but most of all she was a good homemaker and loving mother and grandmother to her 3 sons and their families. Surviving are her 3 sons, Michael Madsen and wife Harriet of Los Angeles, CA, Timothy Madsen and wife Barbara of Fenton, Matthew Madsen and wife Cindy of Rochester; grandchildren, Christopher (Jenn) Madsen, Farrah (George) Hopper, Marissa, Kirk, Jeffrey and Allison Madsen; great-grandson Georgie; brothers, Tom, Paul, and Larry Arnson; sister, Kathleen Knudson.  The family extends special thanks to John and Amy and all the staff at Almost Home; the staff, friends and patients at Genesee Valley Dialysis; and Dr. Terry Resnick.
