JOHNSON, Barbara Lucile (Larson), age 81, of Swartz Creek, passed on Monday, December 22, 2008. A memorial service will be 1PM Friday, December 26, 2008 at Sunset Hills Mausoleum for family and friends. Barbara was born February 6, 1927 in Flint and lived in the Flint area all her life. She was the daughter of George Edwin and Gladys M. (Marsh) Larson who preceded her in death. She was married to Robert Johnson Sr. who also preceded her in death. Barbara was a loving Mother and Grandmother and an immaculate homemaker. She also enjoyed the outdoors, flowers, bird watching and displaying her family pictures. She was always there for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She will be missed by her family and many friends from over the years. Barb retired from Genesee Memorial Hospital in 1985 after 10 years of dedication to to her career. Barb's 5 children are: son, Robert Leroy Johnson Jr. (deceased), daughter, Betty Lee Johnson, son, Terry George Johnson (deceased), daughter, Patricia Ann Walden, son, Randy Kim Johnson Sr. and Lisa Bisalski. Son-in-law, Martin Walden, daughter-in-law, Barbara (Gregory) Johnson, and brother, Terry Larson of Nevada; Grandchildren, Jeff and wife, Kathy Baksa, Tamberly (Baksa) Racknor and husband John, Troy and Jason Walden, Jenny Dubois, Johnny Johnson, Bobby Johnson and wife Tara, Randy Jr., Robert, Ashley and Melissa Johnson; Great-grandchildren, Patricia Racknor, Britanie Rountree, Steven, Bridget, Jonah and Noah Baksa, Miranda, Karissa and Bobby Johnson Jr. Preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Ann Larson and brother, George Larson Jr. Memorials may be made to Genesys Hospice Care Center in Goodrich.
