THOMAS, Barbara Ann- Age 62, of Lennon, died Sunday, June 22, 2008 at her residence. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, June 26, 2008 at Trinity Assembly of God, 4363 W. Mt. Morris Road, Mt. Morris. Pastor Carl Halquist officiating. Burial in Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek from 5-8 PM Tuesday, 1-4 and 6-8 PM Wednesday and at the church from 10 AM until time of service Thursday. Those desiring may make contributions to the Old Newsboys. Barbara was born November 6, 1945 in Flint, the daughter of Lee N. and Clarissa E. (Craig) Nichols. She married Paul Leslie Thomas September 26, 1970 in Flint. Barbara was a member of Trinity Assembly of God. Surviving are: husband, Paul; daughter, Rhonda and husband Jerry Cornell of Clio; grandson, Robert and wife Amanda Hundley of Portage; 2 great grandchildren, Christian and Abigail Hundley; 3 sisters, Betty Gwinn, Nora Gifford, Linda and husband Jack Nichols; 2 brothers, Mickey and wife Bonnie Nichols, Larry and wife Brenda Nichols; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Clarissa Lynn Green; 3 sisters, Joan Holder, Amy Suttle and Ellen Forsgren; 3 brothers, Lee Roy 'Chief' Nichols, Terry Lee Nichols and Charles Justice.
