Bernice GOULD

GOULD, Bernice "Bernie" - Age 84, of Grand Blanc, formerly of Swartz Creek, died Monday, April 20, 2009 at Avalon Hospice. Funeral Service will be 1PM Thursday, April 23, 2009 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, Pastor Lawrence Gill officiating. Interment at St. Mary's Cemetery, Swartz Creek. Visitation will be 6-8PM Tuesday and 1-4 and 6-8PM Wednesday. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Mrs. Gould was born October 20, 1924 in Swartz Creek, the daughter of George and Majel (Wade) Campbell. She married William J. Gould in Swartz Creek on June 25, 1949 and he preceded her in death August 20, 1990. Mrs. Gould had been a school bus driver for Swartz Creek Schools for 28.5 years and had been a member of Swartz Creek Church of the Nazarene. Surviving are: children, Dan Gould, Danette (Tom) Franks; son-in-law, Frank (Ruby) Jewell; grandchildren, Kimberly Krease, Kayla (Joe) Kennedy, Kevin Jewell, Kirk (Tara) Jewell, Shannon (Steve) Edwards, Tommie (Heather) Franks, Jr., Brandi Kirby; 8 great-grandchildren, Dianna, Lindsey, Garrett, Connor, Chloe, Logan, Jesse, Savannah; special sister-in-law, Irene Campbell; special niece, Marlinda Myers.
