Betty Eastridge

EASTRIDGE, Betty  Age 83, presently of Lake Fenton, formerly of Flint, died Tuesday, July 6, 2004 at The Pines of Lake Fenton. Funeral Services will be held 11AM Friday, July 9, 2004 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton, Rev. George Cleaves officiating. Interment in Crestwood Memorial Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held 2-8 PM Thursday. Those desiring may make contributions to the Hurley Neo Natal Unit. Betty was born August 14, 1920 the daughter of Thomas and Alice (Davis) Taylor. She was married to Floyd Eastridge who preceded her in death. She was a graduate of  Flint Central High School and a 1941 graduate of the Hurley School of Nursing. She worked as a Registered Nurse for Hurley Medical Center in the Psychiatric ward until her retirement. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and was active in volunteer work. Surviving are: daughter, Joan Eastridge of Fenton Township; granddaughter, Aimee and husband Robert Zoll of Grand Blanc; and very special great-grandchildren, Cameron and Kaitlyn.
