THOMPSON, Daniel Alan - age 20, of Flint, was taken suddenly to be with the Lord on July 30, 2008. Funeral services will be held 3 PM Monday, August 4, 2008 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc Twp. Interment will follow at Crestwood Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 6-9 PM Sunday and 11 AM until time of service Monday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Daniel Alan Thompson Memorial Fund. Daniel was born August 5, 1987 in Louisville, KY. He attended Kearsley and Flint Central High Schools and enjoyed music, fishing and spending time with his family. He was a people person with a big heart. Left to cherish his memory are: son, Daniel Alan, Jr.; fiance, Channing McAfee; mother, Jerrie Thompson and Tim Warner; father, Paul Thompson; two brothers, Paul, Jr. and Joseph; sister, Mikayla; grandfather, Jerry Gilmore and Mary Dyer; Wanda McAfee; many other relatives and friends.
