Dona Flynn

FLYNN,  Dona, age 74, a resident of Grand Blanc, died Thursday, January 31, 2008 at Genesys Health Park.  Dona was born in Flint on January 18, 1934 the daughter of Percy and Ann (Kozma) Farrington and she has lived in Genesee County all her life.  She retired from A.C. Spark Plug Division in 1996 after 33 years. Later she worked at Bishop Airport Parking as a cashier.  Dona enjoyed her home, especially her yard and flowers and going to casinos with friends.  She was a "people" person with an outgoing personality.  Surviving are her three sons:  Jimmy Lee Flynn, Allan Carroll Flynn and Chris Lawerance Flynn and 5 grandchildren and "Best companion" her dog Getto. The family will receive friends at the Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc Twp. on Sunday from 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. at which time a funeral service will begin.
