Holmes, Jr., Donald Ray - Age 58, of Burton, died Saturday, October 20, 2012. Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint, with Nancy Barbour officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Wednesday from 11:00 AM until time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to Right to Life. Mr. Holmes was born November 1, 1953 in Flint, the son of Donald Ray Holmes, Sr. and Janet LaBrecque. He married Annette Poisson Kitterman September 24, 1999 in Flint. He was employed by Mobile X. Surviving are: wife, Annette Kitterman; 4 children, Genevieve (Ken) Speckmann of North Carolina, Donald (Amanda) Holmes III of Georgia, Lyndsey (Mark) Breznau of Flushing, and Lawrence (Stacie) Kitterman of Highland; 5 grandchildren, Chase, Lacey, Emily, Olivia, and Jaden; brother and 2 sisters; several nieces and nephews.
