JAHIMIAK, Dora -- Age 91, of Flushing, formerly of Swartz Creek, died Friday, November 23, 2007 at Fostrian Manor. Funeral Services will be held 1 PM Tuesday, November 27 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Interment in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 PM Monday. Dora was born November 6, 1916 in Floyd County, KY, the daughter of Ned and Polly (Eldrige) Sparks. She was married to James Jahimiak on August 29, 1986 in Swartz Creek and he preceded her in death January 9, 2003. She had resided in the Swartz Creek/Flint area for many years. Surviving are: six children, Maston Eugene and wife Josephine Bailey of Belding, Imogene and husband Leon Sutfin of Harrison, Vonda and husband Ron Morea of Flint, Joe Bailey of California, Charlotte and husband Dennis Morrell of Gladwin, Linda Makienda of Missouri; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; sister Kizzie Lawrence of Ohio.
