Douglas Subora

Subora, Douglas A., age 59, of Gaines, passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2008. Funeral services will be Sunday,January 13, 2008 at 2PM at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton.  Visitation will be Saturday from 4-8 PM at the funeral home. Douglas was born November 26, 1948 in Flint, the son of LaVerne and Marion (Brasier) Subora.  He had retired from General Motors and loved being outdoors, hunting and fishing. Survivors include; sons, Jeff of Grand Blanc, James of Southgate, a daughter Jodi Subora of Montrose, 2 grandchildren, Anna and Gaines Subora, his parents, and a sister Barb and husband Michael Ball of Lake City.
