Elizabeth SNOOKS

SNOOKS, Elizabeth -- Age 80, of Flushing, a wonderful wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, and great-grandmother, died June 3, 2012 at Avalon Hospice. Funeral Services will be 11 AM Wednesday, June 6 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Visitation 4-8 PM Tuesday. Interment at Flushing Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Avalon Hospice in Flint or the American Cancer Society. Elizabeth was born October 13, 1931 in Reedsville, WV, the daughter of Jasper and Lucy (Giuliani) Dellosa. She had resided in Flushing for many years. She was married to Charles B. Snooks on May 18, 1957 in Kingwood, WV. Elizabeth was a member of St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church and was a volunteer for the Old NewsBoys. Surviving are: husband of 55 years Charles; three children, Charles D. Snooks of Flushing, Timothy S. and wife Laura Snooks of Osseo, MI, Lisa A. Graves of ElPaso, TX; four grandchildren, Colleen, Amy, Christopher, and Leland; four great-grandchildren, Natalie, Katelyn, Gary Jr., and Wesley; two sisters, Rose Kirk of Warren OH, Norine Crist of Mechanicsburg, PA; several nieces and nephews.
