TENIS, Elizabeth - age 73, of Burton, died Friday, December 15, 2006 at Brian's House Hospice, Davison. Funeral service will be held 11 AM Monday, December 18, 2006 at Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, G-3170 W. Beecher Rd., Flint with Rev. Fr. Ignatios Achlioptas officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held 4-8 PM Sunday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek where a Trisagion service will be prayed 6:30 PM Sunday. Mrs. Tenis was born April 7, 1933 in Greece, the daughter of Demetrios and Katerina Alexandris. She married Kostas Tenis in Greece. Surviving are: husband, Kostas of Burton; two children, Chris (Patty) Tenis of Flint, Thomas Tenis of Durand; three grandchildren, Capri, Brittany and Cody; sister, Maria Kalafatis of Durand; two brothers, Thomas (Maria) Alexandris, George Alexandris, all of Greece.
