Engelbert GREHER

GREHER, Engelbert "Bert" - of Grand Blanc formerly of Fenton, died Saturday, November 20, 2010 at his residence. Those desiring may make contributions to the Shriners Hospital for Children, Office of Development, 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607. Mr. Greher was born September 8, 1925 in Czechoslovakia. He was a veteran of WWII serving in the German Army. He retired from Thorne Apple Valley. Mr. Greher was a member of the Masonic Lodge and was a Shriner. Surviving are: nephew, Bernd Litter and his children, Sarah and Joshua; 3 nieces, Karen and husband Manfred Popp and their children, Angela and Jennifer, Cornelia Neumaier, Claudia Litter and their families; great-nephew, Julian all of Germany; 3 stepchildren, Nancy Smith of Cape Coral, FL, David and wife Janet Dobrin of White Lake, MI and Stephanie Dobrin of Hermosa Beach, CA; 4 step grandchildren, Daniel and wife Lisa Smith of Phoenix, AZ, Andrew Smith of Fenton, David and wife Jennifer Dobrin of White Lake and Devon Dobrin of White Lake; 3 step great grandchildren, Nicholas Smith, Zachary Dobrin, Jacob Dobrin. He was preceded in death by his longtime companion, Mary Dobrin; brother, Reiner Greher; sister, Josephine and husband Joseph Litter.
