Erby McLean

MCLEAN, Erby Sue, age 72, of Fenton, died Sunday, October 7, 2007 at home. A memorial gathering will be 12PM Friday, October 12, 2007 at the family residence. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Erby was born August 13, 1935 in Blytheville, Arkansas the daughter of Clayton Hendrix  and Susie Louise (Richards) Greer. She married Donald Arthur McLean in Chicago in 1956. Erby raised her children lovingly and had an open door for anyone who could use a helping hand. She put the need of others before herself, giving to her husband and family unconditionally. Erby also enjoyed gardening. Surviving are her husband of 51 years, Donald; 5 children, Sue McLean of Colorado, Carrie Tarletsky (Robert) of Florida, Michael McLean (Beth) of Linden, Patricia Peabody of Fenton, Vicki Ouimette (Chuck) of Iowa; 8 grandchildren, Gina Tamara, Christopher, Jimmy, Michael, Annette, Cassie, Donna; 4 great-grandchildren, Billy Jr., Brandon, Connor, Ashland; sister, Anna Posey of Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her parents.
