Eric C. WARD

On Friday December 30, 2010 Eric went home to heaven to be with his Lord & Savior. At 39 years young, he suffered as a brittle diabetic his whole life and now he is in the presence of Jesus with no pain. He was a LakeVille High School graduate of 1989. Eric will be immensely missed by his parents Linda & Richard Ward, his four siblings Marci, Tracey, Tonya & Shanna and his beloved dog Iggy. Oh how he loved that dog! We will always remember Eric as the loving, generous, thoughtful, playful son, brother and friend he was. His devotion to family as well as his passion to help others will be deeply missed. As sick as he was there was always someone worse off than him in his mind. He loved his family with all his heart and wanted them to always know how much he loved them. His sister, Tonya always has a special place in his heart for giving him one of her kidneys to save his life years ago. Mom & Dad, know that I love you more than life itself, I admire you and am now sitting up in heaven looking out for you as you did for me these 39 years. A special thank you to my friend Bobby for always checking in on me throughout the day and night while I was sick. Family & friends welcome at the visitation held at Hill Creek Church of God at 5363 Hill Rd., Swartz Creek, MI 48473 on Wednesday January 5th from 11:00-1:00 p.m. with the service to follow at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Asa Mark Bratcher Missionary Fund.
