OPRE, Ernest - age 89, of Holly, died Wednesday, December 22, 2010. Private services will be held. Mr. Opre was born February 14, 1921 in Cleveland, OH, the son of John and Erma (Paltza) Opre and had grown up in the Flint area. Surviving are: sister-in-law, Helen Opre of Swartz Creek; many nieces and nephews. His parents; five brothers, Louie, John, Joe, George and Ray Opre; and two sisters, Erma Rickard and Rose Blatnik, preceded him in death.
