Gary Ash

ASH, Gary David, age 59 of Whitmore Lake, formerly of Howell, passed away Tuesday, August 19, 2008 at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, Ann Arbor. Gary was born March 23, 1949 in Highland Park the son of Lester David and Rosemarie (Brooks) Ash. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving his country during Vietnam. Surviving are his three daughters, Charlotte (Kole) Sacker of Gaylord, Kelly Ash of Fenton, Elizabeth (Kris) Heersink of Colorado; grandchildren, Sydney and Korey Thomas; Rylan, Arianna and Weston Heersink; Kane Sacker; mother, Rosemarie Ash of West Bloomfield; two sisters, Leslie Thompson of Illinois, Victoria (Bruce) Bichalski of Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his father, Lester David. Services will be held 1:30PM Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Rd., Holly.
