Gladys RIGDON

RIGDON, Gladys, age 87, of Grand Blanc, passed away Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at Genesys Hospice. Private family services have been held. Memorial donations may be made to the North End Soup Kitchen or Carriage Town Missions. Gladys was born March 14, 1925 in Sylacoga, Alabama, the daughter of the late Harry B. and Fannie May (Dykes) Stewart. She married Robert K. Rigdon in Flint in 1946 and he preceded her in death. She graduated from Carmen Ainsworth High School and attended FLint Junior College. Gladys was employed by Bowling Lane Management until she retired. She loved to travel and had lived in Arizona for many years. Surviving are her 2 sons, James Rigdon (Diane) of Grand Blanc, Ronald Rigdon (Vickie) Of Durand; 5 grandchildren Michael (Tracey), David (Kristi), Jim (Kris), Ronald, Dena (Larry); 10 great-grandchildren, Kayla, Luke, Logan, Tyler, Zach, Nick, Brady, Carson, Mickelle, McKenna.
