Helen Allison

ALLISON, Helen Juanita- Age 89, of Flint, went to be with her family in Heaven, Wednesday, February 20, 2008 at McLaren Regional Medical Center.  Funeral services will be held 12:30 PM Monday, February 25, 2008 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint.  Rev. William G. McMillen officiating.  Burial immediately following at Great Lakes National Cemetery.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home Sunday from 1-4 PM and Monday from 11:30 AM until time of service.  Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society.  Helen was born April 21, 1918 in Pitts, AR, the daughter of Frank and Florence (Wamble) Richardson.  She married Evan E. Allison June 28, 1940 in Dexter, MO.  She has resided in Flint since 1948 coming from Bernie, MO.  She was a member of First General Baptist Church, Flint.  Surviving are: husband, Evan E. Allison; daughter, Carolyn Allison of Traverse City; 2 sisters, Della Snider of Flint and Imogene Bridges of Festus, MO; sister-in-law, Joyce Allison of Mt.
