Helen Arsenault

June 14, 1915 — October 7, 2006

ARSENAULT, Helen, age 91 of Fenton, died Saturday, October 7, 2006 at the Medi-Lodge of Montrose.  Mrs. Arsenault was born in New Lothrop on June 14, 1915 the daughter of Edward and Augusta (Fleisher) Babcock and has lived in the area all her life.  She was a graduate of Flint Northern High School and as a young women, she had worked in ladies dress sales for Sears and Kresge stores.  She was a co-owner of Olsen Tractor Sales on Dye Rd. for many years.  Mrs. Arnenault had been member of the former Mt. Olive Lutheran Church, now the United In Christ Church on Corunna Rd. Surviving is her daughter, Nancy  and husband (Travis) Prince of Fenton; 2 grandchildren; Troy Prince and Kimberly Miller and 3 great-grandchildren;  Jordan Tigner-Prince, Nicholas 'Brandon' Miller and McKenzie Miller. Mrs. Arsenault was preceded in death by her parents, first husband, Donald Lawrence, her second husband,  William Olsen and her third husband,  Phillip Arsenault and a sister, Grace Hall.  Funeral services will be 11 AM Wednesday, October 11, 2006 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek, with Pastor Gilbert Mabry officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3-8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. A very special thanks goes to Pastor Mabry, Dr. Sahouri and the staff at Medi-Lodge Nursing Home, and Heartland Hospice.  In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to honor Mrs. Arsenault may be given to United in Christ Church or Heartland Hospice.
