Jack STEVENS

STEVENS, Jack - Age 78, of Swartz Creek, passed away at the Durand Senior Care and Rehab Center. A Memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday April 10, 2010 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. The family will receive friends 11:00 a.m. until time of service. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to, Alzheimer's Association or American Red Cross. Jack was born in Flint, January 27, 1932. He served his country in the Army during the Korean conflict. He retired from GM SPO in 1983 with 30 years of service. He enjoyed bowling, yard work and spending time with his family . Survivors are; his wife of 55 years Barbara of Swartz Creek, son, Roger (Suzanne) Stevens of Grand Blanc, granddaughter, Allison, sister, Gloria (John) Melton SC, many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother Norma, brother Jerry, and son Roy. The family would like to thank the staff at Durand Senior Care and Rehab Center for their wonderful loving care.
