MOORE, Janet Louise -- Age 71, of Swartz Creek, died October 20, 2014 at home. Funeral Services will be held 1 PM Thursday October 23 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Pastor Kevin Harbin officiating. Visitation will be 2-4PM and 6-8 PM Wednesday and 11 AM until time of service on Thursday. Committal services will be 10 AM Monday October 27 at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society. Janet was born March 13, 1943 in Cleveland Ohio the daughter of Arthur and Ellen (Koivisto)Aufderheide. She married Lloyd Moore on October 10, 1964 in Fenton. Janet resided in the Swartz Creek area since 1968. She worked at Dort Federal Credit Union as a Loan Officer, retiring in 2004. She was a member of the Swartz Creek United Methodist Church. She liked to crochet and travel up north to the cabin. She liked to play golf. Surviving are: husband, Lloyd; children, Kyle of Swartz Creek, Denise (Michael) Harburn of Swartz Creek; 3 grandchildren, Kayla, Cody, Chloe; brother, William (Jeanne) Aufderheide of California.
