Joan Beholz

BEHOLZ, Joan - Age 76, of Fenton, died Tuesday, July 22, 2014. A celebration of her life ceremony will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, July 26, 2014 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Saturday from 10 AM - 12 PM. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to the Genesee County Humane Society. Joan was born February 13, 1938 in Davison the daughter of Harry and Agatha Amelia (Jacobs) Boris. She married Guenter Beholz December 29, 1960 in Flint. She had worked with her husband at the family business, Beholz Jewelers and had previously worked at Smith Bridgeman's. Surviving are: her husband of 53 years, Guenter; 3 children, Lars and wife Elizabeth Beholz of Avon, OH, Leeza Beholz of Panama, FL, and Timothy and wife Michelle Puckett of Clio; 4 grandchildren, Pierce, Isabelle, and Sabrina Beholz and Arin Puckett; 2 brothers, Harry and wife Delores Boris of Davison and Vic and wife Jean Boris of Rapid River; and several nieces and nephews.
