SCHULER, Johanna - age 90 of Fenton, died Thursday, October 18, 2012. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday, October 22, 2012 at the German Church of God, 2393 South Elms Road, Swartz Creek with Pastor Art Lange officiating. Interment in Crestwood Memorial Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held 3-7 PM Sunday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek and from 10 AM until the time of service Monday at church. Those desiring may make contributions to the Christian Unity Press. Mrs. Schuler was born March 25, 1922 in Ewin, Poland the daughter of Franz and Lydia (Stabel) Knodel. She married Albert Schuler on September 3, 1949 and he preceded her in death on September 12, 2003. Johanna was a resident of Michigan since 1952. She was a member of the German Church of God. She is survived by children, Rosemarie (Reinhard) Jeske of Edmonton, Alberta and Albert (Lynn) Schuler of Fenton; four grandchildren, Chris (Chantal) Jeske, Jennifer (David) Fech, Lorraine Schuler, Carmen Schuler; two great-grandchildren, Jacob Jeske and Gabrielle Fech; brother, Franz Knodel of Germany; sisters, Erna (Richard) Schultz of Toronto, Ontario and Else (Siegfried) Weiss of Calgary, Alberta.
