MILLER, John Mason - age 75, of Linden, died November 8, 2016. Services will be held 10:30 AM Monday, November 14, 2016 at Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Rd., Holly. The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM Sunday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden. Those desiring may make a contribution to the charity of their choice. John was born July 12, 1941 in Flint, the son of Harold and Olga (Frost) Miller. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in Vietnam and retired in 1979 after 20 years. He then went on to work for the State of Kentucky, where he retired in 2003. John loved fishing, camping and playing cards. He is survived by his nieces and nephews, Karen (Bob) Donaldson, Cindy Trimble, Craig Clark, Kevin (Linda) Clark and Cheryl Clark; close friends, Tom and Mary Albon, Sean Leggewie.
