Judith Cole

COLE, Judith Ann, 67, of Flint, MI lost her courageous battle with cancer on June 6, 2014 at her residence. Per Judith's wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life event will take place at a later date. She was born on December 19, 1946, in Flint, MI the daughter of the late Adwin Clifford and Kathleen (Smith) Cole. Judith graduated from Flint Central High school in 1965. Her 42 year career as a MLPN began at St. Joseph hospital in Flint, followed by Genesys Regional Medical Center in Grand Blanc where she retired in 2009. She was a connoisseur of movies and music. She loved to share the gift of music with everyone she knew, especially her neighbors even if they wanted to hear it or not. She loved to read, decorate for the holidays and especially enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. Judith was treasured by all who knew her, the true measure of a person. She will be sadly missed by many. Judith is survived by her three children; Charles Roy and his wife Jennifer of Flushing, Kenneth Roy and his wife Catherine of Flint, Rebecca and her husband Kenneth of Davison; Special grandchildren Lucas, Isabella, Jack, Samantha, K.C. and Gabriella; Ex-husband Charles Roy of Mancelona; Brother Adwin Clifford Cole, Jr. and his wife Patricia of Florida; Brother-in-law Les Sheppard of Anchorage, AK; Special Friends Muriel, Diane, Dave, Tammy, Linda K. Laurie and many others. She was preceded in death by; sisters Betty, Donna and Kitty; Brother Jack; Special Friend Shireen.
