SECONSKY, Julia - age 96, of Swartz Creek, died Friday, August 2, 2013 at Swank Assisted Living. Services will be held 12:30 PM Monday, August 5, 2013 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek with Pastor Aaron Whitman officiating. Interment will be held at Roselawn Memorial Garden in Saginaw. Visitation will be held from 10:30 AM until the time of service Monday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Swank Assisted Living or A-One Hospice. Mrs. Seconsky was born September 29, 1916 in Swan Creek Twp, MI, the daughter of Anton and Anna (Kastovski) Konecny. She came to Swartz Creek in 2005 from Cheboygan. Mrs. Seconsky enjoyed gardening, flowers, crocheting and sewing. She also enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews and had taken care of them when they were young. She is survived by several nieces and nephews and their families. Her husband, Steve; three sisters, Anna, Agnes and Amelia and four brothers, Anton, Joseph , Theodore and George preceded her in death.
