DELGADO, June Nellie - Age 86, of Byron formerly of Davison and Flint, died Monday, September 15, 2008 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, September 19, 2008 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton with Pastor Josh Gates officiating. Burial in Flint Memorial Park, Mt. Morris. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 7-9 PM Wednesday and 1-4 and 6-9 PM Thursday. Those desiring may make contributions to Alzheimers Association. June was born August 30, 1922 in Park River, North Dakota, the daughter of Christian and Clara (Gustofson) Peck. She was a graduate of Flint Central High School. June retired from GM Chevrolet Manufacturing after 30 years of service and was a member of U.A.W. Local 659. Surviving are: daughter, Carole Watson and husband Steven of Fenton; son, Gary Fritcher and wife Sandy of Smyrna, TN; 6 grandchildren, Anthony Fritcher, Mark (Brigette) Fritcher, Brian (Crystal) Fritcher, Joe Ledger, Jr., Phillip (Teresa) Ledger, Jill (John) Weber; 12 great grandchildren; brother, Darl (Linda) Gorder of Mio; niece, Kim Gorder Garza; nephew, David Gorder; 2 great nephews, Lance Gorder and Lucas Garza; great niece, Paris Garza.
