MANN, June, age 52, of Fenton, passed away Monday, June 16, 2008 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral Services will be 11AM Friday, June 20, 2008 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Pastor Virgil Long officiating. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Fenton. Visitation will be 1-8PM Thursday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family. June was born July 7, 1955 in Stanton, Virginia, the daughter of Clark Justus and Audrey Sue (Mullins) Justice. She married James Michael Mann on March 11, 1977 in Flint. June was a loving, active parent, participating as a softball coach and making sure family meals were prepared each evening. She enjoyed flower gardening and listening to gospel music, especially Elvis. Family and friendships were important to June, she found time to be there when a friend was sick or hurting, or just when they needed a hand. June had a special place in her heart for her beloved Jack Russell Terrier, Gracie, who will miss her very much. Surviving are: husband, James; 2 children, Shannon Mann of Fenton and Shaun Mann (Chrissy) of Linden; 2 sisters, Jan Mann of Georgia and Judy Justus of Fenton; brother, Randy Justus of Arkansas; 5 step-children, Lisa Avalos (Joel) of Roscommon, Jim, Tracy, Maryann and Lori Mann of Colorado; 3 step-grandchildren, Jason Avalos, Kayla Cousins (Glenn) and Chelsea Avalos of Roscommon; stepsister, Shirley Bell (Russell) of Fenton.
