LaVern WIRTH

WIRTH, LaVern - Age 81 of Burton, MI passed away peacefully at her niece's residences on March 20, 2014. Funeral services will be held 11AM, March 21, 2014 at Crestwood Memorial Gardens, 2020 E Hill Rd, Grand Blanc, MI, followed by burial concluding service. Brother Levi Parrish will be officiating. LaVern was born April 3, 1932 in McHenry, Kentucky, daughter of Clayton and Ruby (Brown) Tichenor. She attended Grand Blanc High School and married Frank on August 21, 1952 in Davison, MI. LaVern spent most of her life living in the Grand Blanc and Davison area. LaVern was a member of Eastgate Baptist Church. Frank and LaVern had four children; daughter Ruby Williams, two sons; Jeff (Jackie) Wirth, and Randy (Ruth) Wirth; five sisters, Martella Tichenor, Martine (James) Neighbors, Marge (David) Wiley; Shirley (Erby) Qualls, and Barbara (Robert Sr.) Woodbeck. Daughter in law Mary Wirth. Grandchildren James, Brandy, Kayla, Michael, Jennifer, Jeffrey, and Michaela. Great grandchildren Randy, Alicia, Kira, Jamie, Jazmine, Jodi, and Oddette. Great great grandchild Jaydon and many nieces and nephews. LaVern is preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Michael Wirth, sisters; Martella Tichenor, Martine (James) Neighbors and Marge Wiley. The family would like to also say a special thank you to Melody Shaffer, the niece of LaVern for the care and love that she gave their mother over the many years.
