Leona Slack

SLACK, Leona G. of Burton, passed away after a long, courageous battle on June 18, 2007. A Memorial Service will be held at Eastgate Baptist Church, 4226 E. Atherton Rd. at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 23, 2007. The family will receive visitors beginning at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Eastgate Baptist Church or Avalon Hospice. Survivors include: husband, Edwin (married for 52 years), daughter, Pam (Ken) Korb, son, Ed, Jr; grandchildren: J.R., Alicia, Spencer and Adrienne; three great-grandchildren: Malia, Leona and Kodie; six sisters: Nelda Crace, Linda (Mack) Wright, Judy Hatfield, Betty Cox, Brenda (Bob) O'Brien, Debby (Jeff) Rust; two brothers: David (Ann Marie) Palmer and Ronnie and many nieces and nephews. Arrangements are being handled by Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc Twp.
