Leonard SHAW

SHAW, Leonard Wayne, age 61, of Lennon, died Thursday January 19, 2012 at his residence. Services will be held 1:00PM Friday January 27, 2012 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Visitation will be held Thursday 3:00-8:00PM, and Friday 10:00AM until time of service. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made the American Lung Society or the American Diabetes Association. Mr. Shaw was born September 28, 1950 in Flint the son of the late Ray D. and Shirley Marie (Smith)(Rader)Shaw. Leonard Married Linda Sue Raymond in Lennon on July 24, 1971. Leonard liked to play pool, he was an avid NASCAR fan, enjoyed camping, boating and spending his winter months in Florida. Mr. Shaw served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War. He retired from G.M. Fisher I plant, Flint with 15 years of service. Surviving are: wife, Linda Shaw of Lennon; sons Erick Shaw of Lansing, Christopher (Debi) Shaw of Lennon; daughter Angela Shaw (fiancee Ernie Ellsworth) of FL; grandchildren, Lucas and Dylan Shaw; sister Susan (Jeff) Taylor of Flint; brother Randy Rader of MO; many nieces and nephews.
