Louella Budenaers

Louella Kay Budenaers (Taylor, Bentz) of Ludington, MI passed into our Lord's loving arms Sunday, March 29, 2015 at 4:00am. Born September 27, 1946 to Marian (Genia, Henriksen) and James Taylor of Ludington, "Beanie" graduated from Ludington High School in 1964, married Rodney Bentz on June 19, 1965 and moved to Fenton where they raised their three children. Lou was active in her Faith as a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Fenton. After her children were grown, Lou worked to receive her Certified Nurse's Assistant Certification from Ross Medical School which helped fulfill her dream of caregiving for the elderly. Lou married Roland Budenaers on October 27, 1994 and they lived in Grass Valley, CA; Linden and Ludington, MI where she continued to care for many. Louella had a soft spot for stray animals and Goldens. She found peace walking on the beach looking for shells and driftwood. She loved her grandchildren, hearing and retelling stories of their antics. She loved funny tv shows and was always up for an ice cream or a chocolate bar. With nuts. She loved to laugh and loved to love. Louella will be dearly missed by many including her husband; sister Marilynn & Roy Morton; children Robin McRath, Rodney & Laura Bentz, and Katie & Steve Weingartz; grandchildren Sam, Madelyn, Cameron, Karsen, Patrick and Rex; and nephews, Dale & Karen Morton and Rob & Bonnie Bentz; Louella will also be remembered with love by her stepchildren, Suzanne, Lynette, Tom, Gregg and Jodi; and grandchildren Claire, Kevin, Erinne, Rachael, Noah and Madeleine. She was welcomed to Heaven by her Mom, Dad and Stepdad, brother Michael Taylor, and Grandma Violet Genia. No services will be held, per her request.
