Mary Barron

BARRON, Mary - Age 87, of Grand Blanc, died July 10, 2015. Funeral services will be held 4 PM Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden with Fr. Jim Rolph officiating. Visitation will be held from 1 PM until the time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital. Mary was born January 7, 1928 in Czechoslovakia, the daughter of Michael and Julie (Schrockman) Jurocko. She was married to Raymond E. Barron who preceded her in death on June 30, 2014. Mary retired from General Motors after 20 years of service. She enjoyed the comforts of her home, especially her back yard where she spent a lot of time gardening. She loved the lotto and enjoyed "playing the numbers" every week. Mary will be sadly missed by her children, Jayce Barron, Diana (Ken) Ganapini, Chris (Jim) Morel, Paul (Heide) Barron, Eric Barron, Anne (Robert) Caylor; grandchildren, Brian, Krystle, Julie (T.J.), Vincent (Lauren), Lauren, James, Michael, April and Andrew; great-grandchildren, Bronson, Bennett, Chase and Kate; brother, Bill (Liz) Jurocko; sister-in-law, Mary Jurocko.
