Mary Cini

CINI, Mary - age 86, of Fenton, formerly of Detroit, died Saturday, August 12, 2006 at Caretel Inn, Brighton. Funeral mass will be celebrated 11 AM Wednesday, August 16, 2006 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. David Harvey celebrant. Interment will be held privately at Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery in Southfield. The family will receive friends from 10 AM until the time of service Wednesday at the church. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the St. John G.I.F.T. Campaign. Mary was born August 23, 1919 in Malta. She married Charles Cini and he preceded her in death. Mary lived in Detroit most of her life spending the last 9 years in Fenton and Brighton. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, St. Catherine Guild and the Second Tuesday Seniors. Surviving are: three children, Catherine (Larry) Stanley of Brighton, Tom (Louise) Cini of St. Louis, Marian (Steve) Bliss of Fenton; eight grandchildren, Diane, Lori, Kim, T.J., Beth, Robin, Adam and Abby; 11 great-grandchildren, Brian, Eric, Lasse, Derek, James, Alyssa, McKenna, Tyler, Tristin, Drew and Marissa; niece, Sharon Koch.
