Matthew Green

GREEN, Matthew Earl- Age 12, of Linden, died Friday, April 27, 2007 at his residence.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated 12:00 PM Monday, April 30, 2007 at St. John The Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St., Fenton.  Fr. David Harvey celebrant.  Burial in Fairview Cemetery, Linden.  Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden from 6-9 PM Saturday and 1-9 PM Sunday, a vigil service will be held at 4:00 PM Sunday.  In lieu of flowers those desiring may make contributions to the Matthew Earl Green Memorial Fund, c/o The State Bank, for the benefit of Matthew Green.  Matthew was born November 29, 1994 in Flint, the son of Earl L. and Christina M. (Mosher) Green.  He was a student at Linden Middle School and loved to golf.  Surviving are his parents, Earl L. and Christina M. Green; 2 brothers, Christopher and Andrew; sister, Lauren; grandparents, Earl Green of Linden, Joanne Green of Caseville, Hazel Mosher of Flint, James Mosher of Fenton; great-grandparents, Fritz and Bonnie Menzel of Linden; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  He was preceded in death by his uncle, Leslie Green.  Friends may share an online condolence or post a tribute at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com
