Michael Sobanski

SOBANSKI, Michael John - Age 66 of Linden, died Monday, November 24, 2014. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated 11:00 am Friday December 5, 2014 at the Chapel of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide, Fenton. Father Dwight Ezop celebrant. Inurnment immediately following at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Visitation will be held at 10:00 am Friday until the time of Mass. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to the Capuchin Food Kitchen/Monastery in Detroit. Michael was born October 29, 1948 in Detroit, MI the son of Benjamin and Irene (Dzuirlikowski) Sobanski. Michael was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged. He then went to work in the tool and die industry as a machinist. Surviving are: Two brothers, Richard (Charlene) Sobanski of Linden and Stephen (Margaret) Sobanski of Romeo. Also nieces and nephews.
