BOSWORTH, Paul F. - Age 88, of Flint, died Thursday, February 5, 2009 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Funeral Services will be held 12:00 PM Saturday, February 7, 2009 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Pastor Steve Hittle officiating. Burial immediately following at Crestwood Memorial Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5-9 PM Friday and 10:00 AM until time of service Saturday. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to the charity of your choice. Mr. Bosworth was born Decemeber 27, 1920 in Kenton, OH, the son of Cecil and Olive (Harold) Bosworth. He married Luella M. Peters June 12, 1949 in Gladwin. He was a veteran of WWII serving in the U.S. Navy. He retired in 1985 from GM V-8 Engine Assembly Plant. Mr. Bosworth was a member of West Flint Nazarene Church and U.A.W. Local 659. Surviving are: wife, Luella M.; 4 children, Aleta Bosworth of Flint, Marvin and wife Debbie Bosworth of Linden, Anita and husband Ken McPherson of Colorado, Valerie Bosworth of Colorado; 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter; 2 brothers, Hank and wife Dot Bosworth of Rapid River and James and wife Dorothy Bosworth of Spring Arbor; several nieces and nephews.
