Phillip Murphy

MURPHY, Phillip J.- Age 73, of Flint, died Thursday, August 25, 2016. Private services will be held at a later date. Those desiring may make contributions to Parkinson Foundation. Phillip was born March 29, 1943 in Flint, the son of Algie Willard and Donna (Phillips) Murphy. He worked at Buick City in purchasing for over 35 years. Phillip enjoyed reading the New York Times and doing yard work. Surviving are his two children: Laura K. Roberts, Phillip J. (Patti) Murphy Jr.; four grandchildren, Jacob and Maddy Roberts, Taylor and Logan Murphy; brother, Algie Murphy; good friends, John Heinrich, Chase Chaning Hunt.
