Rollin Roe

ROE, Rollin Jay- Age 82, of Fenton, died Friday, September 14, 2007 at Caretel Inns of Brighton.  A Graveside Service will be held 11:00 AM Monday, October 22, 2007 at Parshallville Cemetery.  Those desiring may make contributions to the American Legion Post 415, P.O. Box 212, Hartland, MI  48353.  Mr. Roe was born November 30, 1924 in Ann Arbor, the son of Jay W. and Nellie (White) Roe.  He married Mildred Biller October 30, 1942.  He was a veteran of WWII serving in the U.S. Army and was a past member of the American Legion Post 415 in Hartland.  He retired in 1988 from VR Wesson/Toyoda.  Surviving are:  wife, Mildred; 3 children, Gary L. and wife Peggy Roe of Odessa, TX, Gail Combs-Tanner and Greg of Howell, Gordon F. Roe of Waterford; 3 grandchildren, Kristen, Karin and Eric; 3 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Harriet and husband Sam Angus of Atlanta, MI, June Sanford of London, Ontario, Canada.  He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Loretta Garden.  "Online condolences and tributes may be posted on the obituaries page of www.sharpfuneralhomes.com".
