Ronald Steel

STEEL, Ronald Keith - age 68, of Mulliken, MI, formerly of Swartz Creek, died Friday, April 6, 2007 at Sparrow Hospital, Lansing. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Visitation will be held 6-8 PM Saturday and 2-4 and 6-8 PM Monday at the funeral home. There will be no visiation on Sunday. Ronald was born February 16, 1939 in Swartz Creek, the son of Eugene and Norma (Rubey) Steel. He graduated from Swartz Creek High School and retired from General Motors after 30 years of service. Surviving are: three children, Doreen Steel of Mulliken, Rhonda (Walter) Vinton of Mulliken, Karen Steel of Flint; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; four siblings, Audrey Schultz, Jack Steel, Richard Steel, Gerald (Dorothy) Steel. He was preceded in death by: his parents; two brothers, Tom and Jim; sister, Shirley; niece, Sherry; nephew and niece, Rob and Julie.
