Walter LaVEEN

LAVEEN, Walter "Leo" - age 82, of Flint, died Saturday, August 4, 2012 at Genesys Health Park. Services will be held at a later date. Contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Genesee County. Walter was born March 22, 1930 in Grindstone, MI, the son of Joseph and Anna (Kaczmarski) Leaven. He retired from General Motors and was an animal lover. Surviving are: sister, Elizabeth Hohloch of Linden; brother, William (Lois) Ertel of Flint; many nieces and nephews.
