William EARLY

EARLY, William - Age 76, of Flint, died April 22, 2014. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Friday, April 25, 2014 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Pastor Dean Stewart will officiate. Burial will follow in Flint Memorial Park. Visitation will be held 12-8 PM Thursday. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society. William was born July 16, 1937 in Parma, MO, the son of Elzie and Sarah (Howard) Early. He retired from Chevrolet Manufacturing in 1985 with 30 years of service. He loved his family, travel and visiting casinos. Surviving are: wife, Diane; children, Teri Walker, Cathy Marks, Mike Early, Rene Dobos, Betty Early; step-children, Scott (Julie) Shifflett, Teresa Shifflett; grandchildren, Brandon, Brianne, Zac, Kelsey, Justin, Courtney, Micayla, Corey, Dani, Michelle, Krystal and Kylee; nine great-grandchildren; brother, Don (Doris) Early; sisters, Ann (Paul) Kachudas, Peggy Early. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, William Jr.; brother, Kenneth; granddaughter, Allysa; son-in-law, Joe Dobos.
