Ada Balog

Balog, Ada Mae - Age 93, of  Burton, formerly of Ft. Myers, Florida, died December 23, 2019. Private family services will be held later. Arrangements are being handled by Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center,  6063 Fenton Road, Flint. Those desiring may make contributions to the Alzheimers Association or Heart to Heart Hospice.

Ada was born August 30, 1926 in Flint the daughter of William and Helen (Draper) Fitzgerald. She was married to John Balog on June 5, 1948; he preceded her in death July 17, 1985.

She was very active in the Wesley United Methodist Church in Florida. She was a friend to all, and artist and a pilot.

Surviving are: three children. Chris Balog, Cathy (Lew) Moquin, Tony (Laura) Balog; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and sister Phyllis.
