Alejandra Flores, Age 72, of Swartz Creek, passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2023. Sharp Funeral Homes - Miller Road Chapel has been entrusted with cremation arrangements. Alejandra was born on February 5, 1953, to the late Gustavo & Victoria (Azamar) Gomez in Veracruz, Mexico. At the young age of 15 Alejandra had her first secretary position at the Administracion Portuario Integral De Veracruz. In 1990 Alejandra joined Jose in the United States from Mexico. They were married in February of 1994 and were blessed with their two children, Jose and Laura. Alejandra was a devoted mother to her household. She cared for her husband and children diligently. She was an excellent cook, she perfected seafood dishes and her family always looked forward to her beef stew. Alejandra was a woman of faith; she was a member to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Saginaw, Michigan. Alejandra and her daughter Laura loved to watch movies together in the comfort of their home. Above all she will be missed dearly by her family.

She is survived by her loving husband, Jose L. Flores; two children, Laura M. Flores and Jose L. Flores Jr; siblings, Gustavo (Maria) Gomez and Ruth Maria (Octavio) Hernadez. Alejandra is further survived by many nieces, nephews and other dear family members in both Mexico and the United States.
