Amos F. SCRIVENER

SCRIVENER, Amos F. - Age 83, of Linden, died March 26, 2014. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday, March 31, 2014 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden. Burial will follow in Argentine Cemetery. Visitation will be held 2-6 PM Sunday. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society. Amos was born May 10, 1930 in Fenton and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He loved baseball and was an avid Tigers fan. Amos was a HAM Radio Operator. He retired from General Motors. Surviving are: children, Carol (Jerry) Hall, Robert (Rhonda) Scrivener, Wayne (Sheila) Scrivener, Lee (Diane) Scrivener, Steven Scrivener; grandchildren, Theresa (Tim), Jerry (Rachel), Patsy, Tim, Brittany, Brooke, Ryan, Ashley and Shane; great-grandchildren, Jessica, Tim, Sarah, Rebecca, Jorge, David, Jerry IV, Zack, Noah, Nathaniel, Kyle, Corrine and Emily; brothers, Oscar Dodder and Herb Scrivener.
